A range of vision problems are caused by looking at digital screens for long durations.
Symptoms
- Dry eyes
- Fatigue eyes
- Loss of focus
- Blurred vision
- Pain surrounding head,neck and shouder

What causes CVS?
- Prolonged use of digital screens: The eyes work hard when looking at a screen. The blink rate may almost half and squint, causing dry eye.
- Environment: Poorly lighted atmospheres and screen glare.
- Computer games: gaming may cause eyestrain, because of forcing the to different points of focus frequently.
